Social activities previously organised by the Club over the years, have included:

    ​Daylesford, Queenscliff, Gippsland, Ballarat, Hanging Rock, Wilson’s Promontary, the beach, The Spring Harvest festival at Werribee, Yarra Valley wineries, the National Gallery of Victoria & the Shrine of Remembrance;

  •  week-ends away to Mount Gambier, Swan Hill, Lakes Entrance, Wilson’s Prom & Foster;

  • evening cruise on the Yarra from Williamstown;

  • games days with indoor games such as dominoes, scrabble and bingo as well as pétanque tournaments;

  • a Pacific Cruise;

  • the mid-year dinner dance;

  • the New Year’s Eve dance;

  • an art exhibition;

  • a Mauritian night;

  • a quiz afternoon;

  • a wine-tasting evening;

  • a shopping tour;

  • family outings to the Cranbourne Racecourse Christmas Festival & the Myuna Farm in Doveton...

Weekly Social Get-together

 

The Lois Twohig Reserve Pavilion is open every Wednesday from 5.30pm, not just for Pétanque players.

Come in and have a game of dominoes, carrom, scrabble, darts, billiards, .... and enjoy the company of a few members.

We are happy to announce that we have access to the small pavilion next to our Pétanque Piste with suitable amenities for players.

Pétanque Federation of Australia and a member of Victorian Petanque Clubs.
